“My business grows slowly, but I do know my vision and objectives all the time with the mentorship and guidance from Shahira. Whenever there is a question or problem, I can already reach out to her and the team to seek for support.”
“I was so happy that I would get help in starting my business! On our first group session I was among other newcomer women who were there with all these great ideas and passions, and I felt that I am not alone on this journey. We all had many fears, doubts, and voiced them to Shahira, and I still remember her words that cut deep: We all know how hard it is to move away from a home and start fresh, and we did that. Remember, you have the strength to do that, so you can do this too - easily! I felt motivated from deep down and felt that I have what it takes to make my dream a reality! Thank you so much Shahira for being there and motivating and guiding me and all other women!"
“Very professional and great communication skills. Shahira was always on time to our meetings, which were virtual during the peak of covid. She was prepared for my call as scheduled. She is very sweet, and I found that opening up with her was easy and came naturally. Although she provided me with great advice, she made me feel as if I had reached these conclusions myself, which in return made me feel in power of my own thoughts and decisions. Confidentiality is a great quality of Shahira. Since we lived in a small community, my privacy was important to me. She made sure that everything we discussed was 100% between us two. And I was always taking the call in a safe and quiet place with no one around to ensure my privacy. She was not judgemental or jumped to conclusions; instead, she allowed me to share my feelings and thoughts. Overall, the sessions with Shahira were great and helped shape who I am now. I would recommend Shahira to anyone seeking some guidance in life. Usually, the person knows whats best for them, and Shahira helps pinpoint what that is!"
Of course. We recommend an initial 20-minute free session to evaluate the process and assess if we can work together to achieve what you have in mind.
.
We recommend from six to twelve months, before departing homeland, to meet twice a month.
This process will require you to do some homework and research which can be time consuming but very beneficial and curtail to the success of our work together.
Maybe 🙂. With over 25 years living in Canada and the Canadian consultants we hire who will work with you during this time, we will be happy to introduce you to some individuals who could be useful to you. But these individuals will only be offering tools and resources for you to make your own decisions based on the information you get from them. They will not decide for you. During our time together, we prepare you to make informed decisions based on the information we provide.
No. We recommend at least 6 months to a max of 12 months to meet twice a month. It is your call if you need more help after you arrive at your new homeland.
Yes. Since 2020, the start of Covid-19, all sessions have been facilitated over Zoom, which worked perfectly fine. It is convenient. In our group sessions, this will enrich our clients’ experience by meeting these clients from all over the world who share the same goals and getting to know them and understand different cultures even before meeting them in the new homeland.
No, our work does not include processing the immigration documents. Please read the Services section on the website.
